Something is broken, a score looks wrong, a session failed, or you can't get past a screen. Tell us your iOS version and roughly when it happened.

Before you write

I want a refund

Apple handles every App Store refund, and we genuinely cannot issue one. Use Report a Problem in your App Store purchase history, or ask Apple Support directly. If the reason is that VOCEN did something wrong, write to us as well — we'd like to know.

Delete my account and everything in it

Profile → Account → Delete account, inside the app. It removes your identity, recordings, transcripts, scores and phrases, and it cannot be undone. If you have already deleted the app, write to privacy@vocen.app from the address on your account and we'll do it for you.

My score dropped and I don't think it should have

A single session can move the displayed score by at most three points, and short or noisy recordings count for less. Send us the date and time of the session and we will look at what the analysis actually measured.

Android, iPad or a web version

Not yet, and we would rather say so than collect an email address for a waiting list we cannot promise to clear. VOCEN is an iPhone app running on iOS 18 or later.
